We all crave deep, meaningful bonds with those around us—yet in today’s fast-paced work-life culture, many of us are becoming more alienated from the very thing for which our brains are wired: heartfelt connection.

To refuel that core human need, TUNED MVMNT is a wellness club that creates experiences for humans to rewire their neural pathways, restore their sense of inner wholeness, and perform at their highest capacity.

TUNED MVMNT was developed by Liz LeGrande, a renowned wellness and performance coach. Liz has collaborated with some of the most iconic names in the music industry, including Usher, Beyonce, Ye, Katy Perry, Ciara, Chayanne, Christina Aguilera, Ty Dolla Sign, and more.

Liz has also worked with global brands such as Mac Cosmetics, Nike, Adidas, NordicTrack, iFit, Honey Pot, and CTZN.

A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER.


When we’re born, we need love and connection, yet often, somewhere along the way, a single moment can shock our nervous system and disrupt how we see the world. This moment of shock is what we call trauma—an experience that occurs in 70% of us at some point in our lives.

The impact of stress and trauma is profound. This reality is the driving force behind my creation of TUNED MVMNT. Propelled on a personal level by my past traumas from childhood, I felt it was my destiny to pursue this passion project. Growing up as a mixed-race human in Georgia during the early 90s, my younger years were marred by relentless bullying, leaving me with many invisible scars. 

The pain from my traumas sometimes sent me into a full-body survival response. In those moments, only one thing would bring me out of my suffering— dance. This curiosity led me to study a rare, ancient meditation technique abroad. I also studied with renowned experts like Resmaa Manakem and Peter Levine. I discovered that a regulated nervous system was the key to healing past traumas, dissolving stress, and finding genuine happiness. I, and anyone who committed, could reprogram old patterns and embody new ones by simply breathing and moving our bodies intentionally. Inspired by what I learned, I began developing the TUNED MVMNT methodology, seeking advice from licensed medical doctors and neuroscientists.
